Stable High‐Dimensional Weak‐Light Soliton Molecules and Their Active Control

Bound states of solitons, alias soliton molecules (SMs), are well known in 1D systems, while making stable bound multidimensional solitons is a challenging problem because the underlying instabilities. Here, scheme for creation (2+1)D and (3+1)D optical SMs gas cold Rydberg atoms proposed, which electromagnetically induced transparency (EIT) by control laser field. It shown that, through interplay EIT strong long-range interaction between atoms, system gives rise to giant nonlocal Kerr nonlinearity, turn supports spatial SMs, as ring-shaped necklaces, including rotating ones. They feature large size, low generation power, can be efficiently manipulated tuning nonlocality degree nonlinearity. Stable spatiotemporal composed fundamental or vortex with power ultraslow propagation velocity, also generated system. These stored retrieved switching off on The findings reported here suggest applications data processing transmission systems.
